That afternoon, I was doing housework again. This is almost my set routine from Monday to Friday (On weekends or holiday, I push all the housework to my husband! Haha!)
I never think housework is a bad job. I enjoy the process and feel good about the finish. A messy place turns into a clean home in a moment, and it looks nice.
But since laughter yoga came into my life, housework has more fun. Even though I do not see housework as bad, my mood sometimes goes wrong, and cleaning feels dull. Why? Feelings are hard to explain!
No matter if I mop the floor, clean windows, put away clothes, or other things, I pretend the items in my hand are microphones. I work and laugh at the same time. The laughter starts, and it turns on my (laugh switch). Haha is like a song, and my moves are the beat. Do I feel like a fool? No, no. I laugh online with over a hundred people each day. If this is foolish, it is (foolish in a good way). Plus, laughing during housework makes the boring tasks feel easy over time, and it turns into a funny game.

32. 大笑家務
瑜珈課筆記：40個基礎練習之一
那天下午，我又在做家務，這幾乎是我每週一至五的指定動作（週六、日把所有家務推給我家男人！哈哈！）
我從來不覺得做家務是一件苦事，我享受那過程，也滿意那完成，一個零零碎碎的畫面，一瞬間變了一個整潔家居，的確令人賞心悅目。
不過，自從我的生活融入了大笑瑜伽，做家務的過程就多了一份樂趣。雖然我不覺得做家務是一件苦事，但情緒偶爾會失靈，清潔過程會有悶悶的感覺，為什麼會這樣？情緒這東西很微妙啊！
但不管我抹地、擦窗、收納衣服等等，假裝手裡的都是擴音器，一邊工作一邊大笑，機器啟動開闢，同時也打開我的（笑聲開關）。哈哈就時歌聲，動作就是節奏，我會感覺自己像個傻瓜嗎？不會，不會，也許我每天在線上和一百幾十人一起大笑，如果這是傻瓜，也（傻得有道理），何況，笑著做家務，平常覺得枯燥的動作，(笑)就讓心情慢慢輕鬆起來，變成了一場有點滑稽的遊戲。
